This section will contain information about the weather where Pat is as the journey goes on. Since he hasn't left yet, he is either in San Francisco (where the sun is out and the temperature is 65 degrees except in the 10' area where you are in downtown San Francisco, which is inexplicably and consistently 54 degrees with a chilling fog) or he is in the lovely South Bay where the temperature is a pleasant 71 degrees with a warm westerly wind and all the children are above average. This eternal meterological Utopia is one of the many reasons people in The City disdain their "South Bay" neighbors and why we here in the South Bay are strangely comfortable with it. Meanwhile, the rest of the country laughs at our hideous and ridiculous real estate prices. Doing a relative equity improvement analysis, we're strangely comfortable with that as well.
